Policies
Payments & Refunds
A $150 non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event; events booked less than 7 days out are paid in full at booking. Once services are provided, no refunds are given on any amount paid. Questions about your event? Email [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel before your event, everything you’ve paid is refunded except the $150 deposit. You may reschedule at any time without losing your deposit, subject to availability. Events go on rain or shine. If Cart Caddies must cancel, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Service Area & Legal
Cart Caddies provides on-site event services in South Florida only. We do not ship products, and no export restrictions apply. Food is prepared and served in line with Florida food safety rules. Clients supply and are responsible for any alcohol served at their event.
Promotions
Promotions are valid only during their stated dates, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and do not apply to past bookings. Cart Caddies may change or end a promotion at any time.
